Stewards today interviewed Licensed trainer Ms J Huish regarding the findings of a stable inspection carried out at her stables on Friday 20th November.

Ms Huish did not have a treatment book at the stables at the time but did produce one when requested to do so later that day.

During the inspection it was noted that there was one preparation which was not labelled and prescribed in accordance with AR 80E.

Ms Huish stated that it was a product which she was provided by a veterinarian and is kept for emergency purposes only.

Stewards advised Ms Huish that in future she must ensure that all substances and preparations are prescribed and labelled in accordance with the relevant state and commonwealth legislation. (AR 80E)
