Stewards questioned V Arnott rider of ARISTOCLOCHE regarding that gelding racing wide rounding the turn.  Ms V Arnott stated that ARISTOCLOCHE was hanging out and that she was making her best endeavours to stay in.  Ms Arnott also indicated that ARISTOCLOCHE tends to hit himself on the hocks during a race and for this reason she was reluctant to be more forceful in attempting to keep it on the fence as she believed that may unbalance the gelding and cause it to hang out further.
Stewards questioned Mr J Manning trainer of ARISTOCLOCHE regarding that horse racing wide.  Mr Manning stated that  the horse was still green and as stated by Ms Arnott had a habit of speedy cutting itself during a race.  Stewards advised Mr Manning that a warning would be issued against ARISTOCLOCHE and if it was to perform in an similar manner in future some action may be taken.
