Race 1 - CLASS B HCP - 1000 metres:
Both CHILLI ROCK and HEMMI HUSSEY reared in the gates prior to the start.
At the start CHILLI ROCK jumped in onto HEMMI HUSSEY.
ALANA'S MATE jumped awkwardly and was slow into stride .
Subsequent to the event trainer of CHILLI ROCK, Mr M Hickmott reported to Stewards that the gelding had severe swelling in the off side fore leg.

Race 2 – 0 - 76 HCP - 1100 metres:
Correct weight was delayed as Mr G Clarke trainer of HEZA COMMANDS requested to view the Stewards patrol film.
At the start HEZA COMMANDS jumped in awkwardly and bumped JUNGLE TESSLA. HEZA COMMANDS then rolled out and caused interference to CARNEGGAN JESTER on his outside.
1st NIGGLE 2nd JUNGLE TESSLA 3rd TREGOLO
Race 3 – 0 - 58 HCP - 1300 metres:
Just after the start HE'S SO SWEET which was racing ungenerously rolled in onto THE BUSINESS, which then bumped HARKTHEHERALDANGEL which lost ground as a consequence.
Mr C Pollard trainer of THE PINK PANZER was fined $50 for presenting that gelding in incorrect gear (AR 140A)
The Club's Veterinary Surgeon reported HE'S SO SWEET was lame in the off fore. Mr C Pollard trainer of HE'S SO SWEET was advised that a satisfactory veterinary certificate be produced prior to that gelding racing again.
1st FLYING FACE 2nd HE'S SO SWEET 3rd THE PINK PANZER
Race 4 – 0 - 63 HCP - 1200 metres:
Correct weight was delayed as trainer of MAJOR NELSON, Mr D Jupp and jockey of MAJOR NELSON, Ms C Angel requested to view the Stewards patrol film.
ANOTHER BAY jumped awkwardly and was slow into stride.
Prior to the turn at the 650 metre THE FLYING FOX, ridden by Ms A Brown, rolled in causing MAJOR NELSON, ridden by Ms C Angel, to take hold and lose ground. Stewards advised Ms A Brown that they would expect her to make a greater effort to keep her mounts straight and take greater effort to ensure the safety of the riders on her inside.
C Haddon rider of AVIDSON, which was racing ungenerously, had difficulty rounding the turn at the 650 metres and was forced to take hold.
Mr S Clarke trainer of SHECKY EVIL was fined $50 for having an unlicensed person assisting with his runners (NT 104(a)).
1st THE FLYING FOX 2nd MAJOR NELSON 3rd ROYAL STEAL
Race 5 – BENCHMARK 70 HCP - 1600 metres:
The Club's Veterinary Surgeon inspected STEAL THE CASH which performed poorly and reported he could find no apparent abnormalities.
During the race STEAL THE CASH lost it's off fore plate.
1st ONLY FEATHERS 2nd PILOS 3rd MANNING
Post race swab samples were taken from all winners.
