VIGGO broke through the front gates prior to the start and cantered a short distance.

When the gates opened DEACTIVATE was slow to begin.

Race 2 – 0 - 73 HCP - 1100 metres:

INITIATIVE was slow to muster speed when the gates opened.

Race 3 – 0 - 62 HCP - 1600 metres:

Rounding the turn near the 600 metres CHIC OLIVIA was tightened for room.

Race 4 – 0 - 58 HCP - 1000 metres:

Prior to correct weight being declared S Bailey rider of second place getter BABY DEAN requested to view the stewards patrol film.

Race 5 – 0 - 67 HCP - 1300 metres:

Near the 500 metres FLOPITIDOP and JORSTON which were racing tight on the inside of CALL THE COUNT came together when FLOPITIDOP shifted out slightly.  As a result JORSTON had to be eased off the hindquarters of CALL THE COUNT. 

FLOPITIDOP and JORSTON then bumped on several occasions resulting in both horses being hampered.

Race 6 – KATHERINE CUP - 1600 metres:

When the gates opened MUGGADI stumbled.

On jumping away ABSOLUTE TRUTH shifted out and bumped CARNEGGAN JESTER.

Rounding the first turn CARNEGGAN JESTER over raced and got its head up when being restrained.  As a result it shifted out across the heels of PATERNITY.
