Ms Huish stated that she was the trainer of COMMON GROUND and she had lodged a stable return to that effect. Mr Pollard advised that he had trained the mare but transferred it to Mrs Huish some time ago whilst remaining as the owner. Mrs Huish acknowledged that COMMON GROUND had been stabled at Mr Pollard's stable for a period whilst she was the trainer as work had been undertaken at her stables.
Stewards accepted the evidence of Mr Pollard and Mrs Huish however advised them that they must ensure that they lodge stable returns to show Mrs Huish as the trainer of COMMON GROUND.
