General – On inquiry it was established that passing the 450m PENDLES (V Arnott), when being ridden along shifted in when not clear causing ADOLPHIN (K Brooks) to be steadied when under pressure. Jockey V Arnott was cautioned and reminded of her obligation to be fully clear when shifting ground.

At a further inquiry it was established that near the 450m BELDAN (S Ridler) shifted in quickly resulting in GRAB FOR POWER (B Davis) having to be steadied. Stewards were satisfied that whilst BELDAN did shift ground quickly, jockey S Ridler did make an immediate effort to relieve the pressure and therefore no further action was taken.
