Stewards today continued the inquiry into the running of ACTIVATION in the NT TAB ROANT Gold Cup (Div 1) run at Fannie Bay on Saturday 26th June 2010.

Evidence was taken on that day from C Spry rider of ACTIVATION.

Evidence was today taken from C Spry and Mr M Hickmott trainer of ACTIVATION.

Stewards adjourned the inquiry to a date to be fixed.
