CHAMPS D’OR (S Wiseman) – Following the unplaced performance a post race veterinary examination revealed mare to have an elevated heart rate.

DREAM WEAVER (C Hunter) – Lay inwards under pressure over the concluding stages.

Race 4: 0-64 - 1200m

BLUEANT (S Wiseman) – Raced wide throughout. A post race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have an elevated heart rate.

NOBLE WAR (P Shiers) – Knuckled at the start. When questioned regarding the unplaced performance rider advised that in his opinion the mare didn’t feel comfortable in running after knuckling at the start. A post race veterinary examination revealed the mare to have an elevated heart rate. Trainer T Halter subsequently advised that upon return to the stables the mare had minor swelling to the off hind leg but displayed no lameness.

THUNDER PEAK (S Tsaikos) – Raced wide throughout.

1ST LITTLE TOWN BLUES 2ND OBLIGATORY 3RD SMARTKAP

General: Following this race jockey S Tsaikos was feeling unwell and after being examined by the Paramedics he fulfilled his remaining riding engagements.

FIRST CRUSADE (P Shiers) – Veered inwards and bumped another runner at the start.

WILSONS PROM (S Wiseman) – Bumped at the start.

FISCHER (C Hunter) – Slow away and then bumped heavily at the start.
