EXPERT WITNESS (D Hirini) – Began awkwardly.

ALTAR BOY (R Vigar) – Raced wide in the early stages and inclined to lay out from the 150m when under pressure.

EXCUSES EXCUSES (S Tsaikos) – Steadied off heels at the 200m.

OUR COUVER (P Denton) – Began awkwardly.

THE MEN WENT HOME (I Luximon) – Raced wide throughout.

Race 2: JJ’s Waste and Recycling Handicap C2 – 1100m

MATRON SAMSING (P Denton) – Slow into stride and raced wide entering the home straight.

KING BLING (D Hirini) – Raced wide throughout.

BOSS SHELBY (H Le Blanc) – After a disappointing performance, rider reported that the gelding was under pressure from other runners compared to last start when it was left alone with no pressure therefore it did not finish off the race as anticipated.

BOOMERCONI (D Barton) – Began awkwardly and raced wide throughout.

APOLAKI (I Luximon) – Steadied off heels approaching the 600m.

BEEP TEST (L Maloney) – Steadied off heels at the 200m when looking for clear running.

NO NAME NIGEL (S Tsaikos) – Slow into stride.

Race 3: Ladbrokes Same Race Multi Handicap - 1100m

Stewards interviewed trainer K Petrick in regards to the riding instructions she intended to issue her riders bearing in mind she had multiple runners in this event.

BAHAMA BAY (P Denton) – Fractious in the barriers.

THE GIRL’S BOY (I Luximon) – Began awkwardly.

THROW AT DA STUMPS (D Barton) – Slow into stride.

Race 4: Young Guns Nov 1st Handicap BM54 – 1000m

TANGO STEPZ (S Logan) – Restrained between runners approaching the 600m losing some ground.

GAME COVE (I Luximon) – Rolled inwards onto another runner approaching the 600m.

BOOM SMASH OPERA (D Barton) – Slow into stride, steadied off heels passing the 600m.

On inquiry, Jockey I Luximon was reprimanded for careless riding under AR131(a) for allowing his mount to roll in approaching the 600m onto a runner causing that runner to be momentarily tightened onto another runner losing some ground.

Race 5: Derby Day Nov 1st Handicap 0-58 - 1400m

INCIVILITY (L Maloney) – Inclined to over-race in the early stages of the event. Rider reminded of his obligations under AR132(6)(g) to limit his whip use when his mount is clearly winning.

DR VENKMAN (R Vigar) – Slow into stride.

Race 6: Centreline Saddlery & Country Outfitters Handicap 0-58 - 1400m

VITESSE BREEZE (P Denton) – Began awkwardly.

BECQUEREL (H Le Blanc) – Dwelt at the start.

NASHA (I Luximon) – Slow into stride and failed to muster early speed losing ground early.
