VIDDARR (J Philpot) – Lay outwards rounding the first turn. Had a tendency to again lay out slightly over the concluding stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be lame in the off hind leg. Trainer C Conron was advised he will need to provide a veterinary clearance for the gelding prior to racing again. Stewards intend to interview apprentice J Philpot in relation to this incident when she is available.
