THE STOCKBROKER declared a late scratching at 2:05 by order of the Stewards after hitting the outside fence on route to the barriers, dislodging its rider and completing a lap of the course at a fast pace. Trainer J Carroll was advised that prior to that gelding again starting in a race, he must produce a veterinary certificate of soundness after the gelding was found to have some abrasions to its back legs.
OUR WITNESS declared a late scratching at 2:15 by order of the Stewards after refusing to load. Trainer S Robbins was advised that prior to that gelding again starting in a race, it must barrier trial on two occasions to the satisfaction of the Stewards with the emphasis being on loading in a timely manner.
As no book maker was in attendance, no deductions were applicable to both runners.

EXTRACTION (S Tsaikos) – Commenced awkwardly knuckling slightly. Rider reminded of his obligations to ride his mounts out to the finish.

LORD SMEDLEY (W kerford) – Bumped with another runner on jumping. Raced wide throughout.
CYBER INTERVENTION (M Vassallo) – Commenced awkwardly. Commenced to race wide from the 900m.
VALENCIANO (L Crow) – Crowded for room on jumping bumping with another runners.
NORDIC ECLIPSE (J Philpot) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.

COLLIVER (P Denton) – Taken inwards by another runner on jumping and bumping with another runner.
ICON (S Tsaikos) – Slow into stride.
CELTIC BELLE (J Philpot) – Commenced awkwardly shifting inwards bumping with another runner.
