Stewards interviewed trainer T Gillett’s representative in regards to the riding instructions he intended to issue bearing in mind his stable had multiple runners in this event.
NOBLE ALBERT (S Tsaikos) – Commenced awkwardly.
SPACE COWBOY (J Philpot) – Bumped with another runner on jumping and raced wide throughout.
ZELRING (S Fawke) – Slow into stride bumping with another runner and despite the efforts of its rider, failed to muster early speed.
TREDICI (W Davis) –Dipped on jumping.

BABE IN BOOTS (S Tsaikos) – After a disappointing performance, a veterinary examination of the mare revealed a laceration to its off side front. Trainer T Gillett’’s representative was advised that prior to that mare again starting in a race, a veterinary certificate of fitness satisfactory to the Stewards must be produce.
ALVIN PURPLE (W Kerford) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.
NIC NAC (J Philpot) – Bumped with another runner on jumping and raced wide throughout.
