Race 1 Ladbrokes Split Multi Maiden Plate 1200m

REDENZO LAD (B Huppatz) – Bounded on jumping bumping with another runner.

TALLINN (W Kerford) – Slow into stride.

ALICE BAND (J Philpot) – Raced wide throughout.

DREAMTIME LADY (L Crow) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.

SUPREME AWARD (S Miller) – Commenced awkwardly knuckling and unbalancing its rider losing ground. After a disappointing performance, a veterinary examination of the mare failed to reveal any apparent abnormalities. Trainer R Robb subsequently advised that once the mare had cooled down, it was found to be lame in the near fore tendon and he was advised that prior to racing again, a veterinary certificate of soundness satisfactory to the Stewards must be produced.

Race 2: Lasseters Staff Thank-You Handicap 1200m

TOFFIATO (J Philpot) – Commenced awkwardly losing ground.

ROGUE RUNNER (S Miller) – Raced wide throughout.

SUPREME ATTRACTION (S Tsaikos) – Inclined to lay outwards under pressure over the concluding stages.

Race 3: Happy Engagement Alexandra and Paul Handicap 1100m

BLAZING BULLET (L Crow) – Slow into stride, steadied off heels at the 400m when laying outwards.

FRILLY DESIGN (B Huppatz) – Commenced awkwardly bumping with another runner.

KING CRAB (W Kerford) – Raced wide throughout.

SUPREME TIMES (S Miller) – Restrained off heels getting its head up at the 800m when racing forward and again nearing the finish line.

Race 4: Premiership Jockey Stan Tsaikos Handicap 1600m

A protest lodged by jockey S Miller the rider of the second placed SUPREME TIMES against the winner MEDIATED alleging interference about the 100m was considered by the Stewards and dismissed.

AMERICAN STAR declared a late scratching at 4:18 by order of the Stewards after refusing to load. Trainer R Viney was advised that prior to that gelding again starting in a race, it must barrier trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards and load in a timely manner.

FUTURE DREAMS (S Tsaikos) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.

LADY RIZ (S Miller) – Bumped with another runner on jumping. Shifted inwards off heels at the 100m to obtain clear running.

MEDIATED (P Denton) – Commenced to shift ground outwards under pressure from the 150m.

CELTIC SAINT (L Crow) – Bounded on jumping and raced wide in the early and middle stages of the event.
