Race 1 Ladbrokes Bet Ticker Handicap 1200 metres

POLICY (M Henderson) declared a late scratching at 2:46pm after the gelding took charge of its rider and galloped a circuit of the course.

As no book maker was on course, no deductions were applicable.

TOMAHAWK LAD (J Philpot) – Raced wide into the home straight.

DIVISIONAL (L Crow) – Dipped shortly after jumping.

Race 2: CKS Electrical Handicap 1200 metres

VALIANT LAD (M Henderson) – Commenced awkwardly.

DAKOTA LEE (P Denton) – Commenced awkwardly and dwelt losing some ground.

SUPER KING (L Crow) – Bumped with another runner on several occasions shortly after jumping.

THIRSTY (J Philpot) – Bumped with another runner on several occasions shortly after jumping.

Race 3: CAMMA Radio Handicap 1100 metres

MILITARY ROAD (M Henderson) – Bumped with another runner shortly after jumping and inclined to lay outwards throughout the event.

SPECIAL UNION (L Crow) – Commenced awkwardly and bumped with another runner shortly after the start. Raced wide throughout.

SNOW CREEK (W Kerford) – Slow into stride.

Following this event, M Henderson was stood down from his remaining rides on the advice of paramedics after an examination found he was suffering from heat exhaustion.

As a result the following scratching were approved at 4:20pm as no other riders were available.
