GLOBAL WONDER (J Todd) – Reared in the gates prior to the start. Held up leaving the 500m until taken outwards across heels near the 400m and again impeded for clear running between the 100m and until near the 25m.
DEFENCE ATTORNEY (P Shiers) – Raced wide throughout.
LOCKDOWN SALLY (P Crich) – Commenced awkwardly. Raced wide from the 600m.

Race 2:Silks $2.5K Mega Raffle 26th April BM54 Handicap – 1200m
PATRIA (J Todd) – Steadied outwards from heels near the 850m.
NEW ENTERPRISE (J Hampson) – Knuckled at the start unbalancing the rider and losing several lengths. Commenced to race ungenerously in the back straight and had to steadied outwards to avoid heels passing the 850m. Trainer P Stennett was advised to engage the services of a senior rider in future.
STARS THE LIMIT (P Crich) – Commenced awkwardly and veered outwards. The veterinarian reported the gelding returned with an ulcerated right eye.

Race 3: ANZAC Day Racing 25th April TROBIS C2 Handicap – 1000m
SOUL SPIRIT (W Davis) – Shifted ground outwards under pressure over the final 100m.
ONE FOR ANNA (S Wiseman) – Commenced awkwardly.
REAL REASON (J Hampson) – Bounded at the start.

Race 4: Ladbroke IT! 0-64 Handicap (Div 1) – 1600m
BROTHER BASSY (P Shiers) – Held up for clear running form the 500m to the 300m.
LOOKING FOR YOU (V Arnott) – Veered out at the start unbalancing the rider. Lay outwards rounding the home turn.
FISCHER (J Hampson) – Dwelt at the start. Held up for clear running between the 500m to the 300m.
SKELLIG ISLAND (J Todd) – Steadied at the 400m and again at the 350m.
MISS EPERNAY (P Crich) – Raced wide from the 600m.
General – On inquiry it was established that near the 400m LOOKING FOR YOU (V Arnott) lay outwards under pressure resulting in SKELLIG ISLAND (J Todd) having to steady when racing in restricted room. SKELLIG ISLAND again had to steadied when under pressure and crowded between runners at the 350m.
