GREAT DIVINER (J Todd) – Raced wide throughout.

SODBUSTER (V Arnott) – Commenced awkwardly.

General: Stewards inquired into an incident near the 450m whereby jockey V Arnott (SODBUSTER) looked to her inside prior to EL MAGNIFICENCE (E Lines) improving. It was established that leaving the 500m apprentice E Lines improved her mount into a position where there was not sufficient room inside SODBUSTER and consequently jockey V Arnott was obliged to shift out to avoid a potential safety issue. Apprentice E Lines acknowledged her error of judgement and Stewards advised her to show more care in similar circumstances.
