JACKSET (L Maloney) – Commenced awkwardly
MUSELET (D Hirini) – Steadied off heels approaching the 900m when racing forward.
EASE OFFA (W Cave) – Stood flat-footed as the start was effected losing considerable ground. Trainer P Johnston was advised that the gelding must trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards prior to again racing. Trainer reported that the gelding will now be retired from racing.
HEY BULL (J Babarovich) – Slow into stride and lay in under pressure down the home straight.

ANKLE ROLEX (P Denton) – Slow into stride. Rider advised that after being slow into stride and losing ground, the gelding resented the kickback early and lay outwards as a result.
LITTLE DITTY (D Gillett) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.
DR VENKMAN (D Hirini) – Commenced awkwardly and raced wide throughout.
CALIPARI (W Cave) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.

BRUT STAR (J Babarovich) – – Stood flat-footed as the start was effected losing considerable ground. Trainer W Savage was advised that the gelding must barrier trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards prior to again racing. Trainer reported that the gelding will now be retired from racing.
LADY MAGNET (W Davis) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.
AUSSIE JAWSIE (L Maloney) – Commenced awkwardly bumping with another runner.
STELLA BYSTARLIGHT (W Cave) – Commenced awkwardly.

TWO TIMES TWICE (W Davis) – Steadied off heels into the first turn.
TINTERN POWER (D Gillett) – Cantankerous in the enclosure and reared over after entering the track, dislodging the rider. Due to geldings’ continued unruly behaviour, it was led to the barriers riderless. Slow into stride and raced wide throughout. Trainer T Gillett was advised that the gelding must barrier trial satisfactorily prior to racing with a focus on pre race behaviour.

RHESUS (W Davis) – Rider reported that the gelding did not handle the different track surface and struggled to maintain a forward position.
