VENTING (A Sweeney) – Began awkwardly, raced keenly in the early stages. Raced wide entering the home straight and lay in under pressure thereafter.
MAGIC DEFENSE (L Maloney) – Reared as start effected losing considerable ground.
THE FINAL WORD (R Vigar) – Fractious in the barriers prior to start.

Race 2: Ladbrokes Big Bets Handicap 0-70 – 1600m
Stewards interviewed trainer K Petrick in regards to the riding instructions she intended to issue her riders bearing in mind she had multiple runners in this event.
BECQUEREL (H Spitse) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.
COLLISON (L Maloney) – Bumped and crowded on jumping.
MATRON SAMSING (S Logan) – Steadied off heels passing the 300m when racing forward. Lay out under pressure from the 100m.
MUMMSIE (A Sweeney) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.
OURANIA (R Vigar) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.

Race 3: AN Electrical Handicap 0-64 - 1200m
Stewards interviewed trainer K Petrick in regards to the riding instructions she intended to issue her riders bearing in mind she had multiple runners in this event.
HELLIVIT (H Spitse) – Underwent a veterinarian examination on arriving at the barriers and subsequently declared a late scratching at 12.20pm on veterinary advise when noticed a little short in its off-hind action. No further action was required.
FLYING START (P Denton) – Began awkwardly.
THROW AT DA STUMPS (D Barton) – Resaddled behind the barriers.
ONLY THE BEST (H Le Blanc) – Raced wide throughout.
VITESSE BREEZE (L Maloney) – Raced wide throughout.
SIGNOR BILL (S Logan) – Began awkwardly.
General: On inquiry, Apprentice Jockey D Barton (THROW AT DA STUMPS), in the presence of her representative Jockey J Philpot, was found guilty of a charge under the provisions of AR129(2). Stewards were of the opinion that Apprentice D Barton failed to show any vigour or urgency in attempting to ride her mount out from the 300m to the 150m, when her mount was showing to be in full contention to further improve its position with no compromise to the safety of herself or other riders.
Stewards suspended D Barton’s license to ride in races for 1 NT Meeting to commence midnight 20th December, and to expire after midnight the 27th December 2025. D Barton was advised of her right of appeal.

Race 4: Lasseters Handicap 0-64 – 1200m
Stewards interviewed trainer K Petrick in regards to the riding instructions she intended to issue her riders bearing in mind she had multiple runners in this event.
TELLEZ (L Maloney) – Resaddled behind the barriers. Began awkwardly.
BLACK ZOUS (A Sweeney) – Tendency to lay in over final 250m.
EVEN SHARPER (H Spitse) – Slow away. Shifted in over final 250m and required straightening from its rider.
LEAN ON ME (H Le Blanc) – Underwent a veterinary examination behind the barriers and cleared to compete.
ENVENOMATE (R Vigar) – Slow away losing ground. Raced wide throughout.

Race 5: Alice Springs Realty Maiden Plate SW - 1200m
IVOR GOOD ONE (H Le Blanc) – Declared a late scratching at 1.25pm by order of the Stewards after it entered onto the track and attempted to buck, dislodging its rider who took a seemingly harmless tumble and commenced to gallop a circuit of the track at a fast pace. Subsequently, H Le Blanc was passed fit by paramedics to fulfill her remaining engagements. Trainer W Savage was advised the gelding must barrier trial prior to racing again.
BENDER MCGEE (R Vigar) – Steadied off heels at the 100m.
DYNASTY REWARD (D Barton) – Knuckled on jumping.
SAXON BEACH (P Denton) – Shifted outwards under pressure from the 100m.
LAWS WARS (H Spitse) – Bumped with another runner on jumping. Shifted inwards off heels at the 200m to obtain clear running and shortly after shifted outwards abruptly.
STAMPED (J Philpot) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.
STANDARD STREET (A Sweeney) – Began awkwardly bumping with another runner.

Race 6: St Patricks Day 15th March Handicap 0-58 - 1000m
QUANAPIRRI BAY (L Maloney) – Tightened for room approaching 800m. Shifted outwards final 100m bumping with another runner.
DELUSIONALDICTATOR (D Barton) – Raced wide throughout. Shifted inwards under pressure in the final 100m bumping with another runner. Rider dropped her whip at the 100m.
QUANAH (S Logan) – Tightened for room along the rails in the concluding stages.
TIPSY TORONADO (H Spitse) – Slow away.
BAD MAN (R Vigar) – Bumped with another runner on jumping.
BOSS SHELBY (H Le Blanc) – Slow away and bumped with another runner on jumping.

Race 7: Hoskings Jewellers Handicap BM76 - 1000m
GREAT GUST (L Maloney) – Began awkwardly hitting the right barrier partition on jumping.
BOY BIG (H Spitse) – Slow away. Momentarily crowded for room along the rails approaching the 650m having to steady for a number of strides.
