CAPITOL HILL (W Davis) – Shifted outwards at the top of the straight to gain clear running. On returning it was reported that the geldings tongue tie had come undone during the race.

NEW ENTERPRISE (A Sweeney) – Commenced awkwardly and was slow away. Raced wide throughout.

BELYAEV (A Sweeney) – Bumped at the start with another runner. Yielded ground under pressure from the 400m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare to have an elevated heart rate.
