VENTING (L Maloney) – Lay in under pressure from the 250m to the 150m.

THE GIRL’S BOY (S Tsaikos) – Commenced awkwardly.

SUPER SHARP (D Gillett) – Raced wide rounding the first turn.

GALLAHOP (P Denton) – Raced keenly in the early stages. Yielded ground from the 400m, bumped by another runner 350m. When questioned about the gelding’s poor performance, Trainer G Connor reported that the horse appeared sound after the race, following an inspection the next day it was found that the gelding was lame near fore. Trainer was advised that he must present a veterinary clearance prior to racing again.

NASHA (R Vigar) – Slow into stride. Lay out rounding the home turn bumping with another runner at the 350m.
